How does the Guaranteed Rent Scheme work?
Falcon Properties rents the landlord's property for 3-5 years using a management agreement.
The landlord's rent is GUARANTEED for the entire term with no hidden fees or commission.
Our team carries out a free cosmetic refurbishment and fully furnishes the property to attract professional tenants.
This won't cost the landlord anything!
We set up viewings with our professional and company clients and secure the very best tenants.
Our corporate tenants are employed by McLaren, Sky, local NHS hospitals and many more.
We take over all the management and maintenance of the property to give the landlord a truly hands off experience.
At the end of the agreement the landlord has three options:
i. Extend the contract;
ii. Request the house back in great condition; and
iii. Agree to Falcon Properties purchasing the property.
